Steamy Kitchen Update

  Hello {NAME}! Happy Tuesday Wednesday Friday!! Yeah, it's been THAT kind of week! Amanda, the lovely woman who helps me manage our Steamy Kitchen team, just asked me, "did you ever send out the newsletter on Tuesday?" Um...nope. Better late than never, right? I talked about spicing up pumpkin seeds with three different global spices: Za'atar (Middle Eastern), Shichimi Togaroshi (Japanese) and Berbere (Ethopian) We had such a fun episode - the host, Danny, makes everything easy breezy. He was featured on John Oliver Show last Sunday - dressed up as John Oliver for Halloween! One thing I need to start getting used to when taping a TV segment using the power of the Internet to connect me to the host -- is the 1-2 second lag after interacting with each other. The producers must edit that silence out, because I really didn't detect that pause in our conversations.
