[Zenefits]( Hello {NAME}, As you may have seen in the news this week, Zenefits made some hard but necessary decisions to better position our company to be the market leader in our industry and to ensure we can be a great partner to you over the long term. Seeing headlines in the news about layoffs can be unsettling, so I wanted to explain the reasons we made these decisions and tell you what you can expect from us going forward. Our number one priority is customer satisfaction and ensuring you are successful with our products and services. It’s important for you to know that our recent decisions were made with this central priority in mind. We are determined to maintain and also improve our service levels through this period. Over the past year, we have invested heavily in improving our products and services and have made our internal operations more efficient. We can now be more streamlined in how we deliver our services to you without sacrificing quality, functionality or responsiveness. In fact, just last quarter we handled the largest volume of customer renewals ever with less staff. Today concludes my first week as CEO at Zenefits. While it has been a challenging beginning to be sure, I remain incredibly excited by what I believe we can achieve together. The demand for Zenefits products and technology has never been stronger. Your reasons for partnering with us have never been more compelling: we have the most comprehensive “All-in-One” HR cloud platform in the industry. We continue to focus on delivering innovative solutions, at the right price, aimed at eliminating the headaches and complexities of running your business and allowing you to focus on what makes your business thrive. I bring to Zenefits a long track record of focusing on how best to delight customers, and building company culture around strong and engaged customer relationships. We have ambitious plans for 2017 and beyond and the best team in the industry to deliver on those plans. I am confident that the changes we made this week will make Zenefits a more stable, more reliable long-term partner to your business. Thank you for your business and for your support.
