An Iranian-made Hezbollah rocket hit a soccer field near a playground on Saturday evening, killing twelve children and teenagers between the ages of 10 and 20. [top]( Zaka Tel-Aviv volunteers arrived at the scene immediately to help out, providing first aid, supporting the bereaved families, and ensuring the dignified treatment of the bodies. One of our volunteers described the scene: "This is a brutal and heartbreaking scene. Children and teenagers were out enjoying the Sabbath day at the football field when a rocket struck, killing them. Hours after the massacre, the scene is still drenched in blood. With the help of additional volunteers from the local community, we are gathering the numerous remains that, sadly, scattered over a large area, ensuring they are brought to a proper burial.
