One person was killed, and another was wounded in a brutal stabbing attack. Eyewitnesses reported that the terrorist severely wounded one young man with a knife. His friend, who was armed, managed to disarm the assailant and shoot him, but not before being stabbed himself. The individual who was critically wounded, in his 20s, was left unconscious. Medics performed CPR on him at the scene before transferring him to the Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya. The other individual, also in his 20s, sustained serious wounds but was stabilized and taken to the same hospital. The police confirmed that the terrorist was killed. The chief of the Israel Police Northern District commended the brave actions of the wounded individual, who managed to shoot and thwart the terrorist despite his injuries.
