And all three of the major indexes (Dow, S&P, and Nasdaq), finished higher for the week, making it the third week in a row. With report after report showing an economy on the upswing, and with forecasts for even bigger growth ahead (full-year GDP is expected to come in at the fastest pace in 36 years), stocks have been climbing in earnest. Jamie Dimon's comments last week, in his annual letter to shareholders, underscored just how strong the economy looks by saying we could see a "Goldilocks moment" in the economy. That means big growth, moderate inflation, and low interest rates. Sounds like an ideal scenario to me. And he suggested we could see a multiyear boom that will last into 2023. Pretty bullish.
