Profit from the Pros Is Everything About to Change? After a tremendous rally from the mid-February lows, stocks have gone sideways for three weeks. This is quite reminiscent of the range bound period following the massive rally from bottom in October 2015. Is all that about to change? The global economic calendar is packed to the brim this coming week with market moving announcements. And yes, we US based investors do need to be more aware of economic activity in China, Japan and Europe these days given the interconnectedness of the world economy and how it affects risk aversion on the part of investors. On top of all that, earnings season also kicks off. I wouldn't read too much into any movement between the 200 day moving average at 2015 and the recent high at 2075. The key is any break above or below that range. That would likely spark a greater move in that direction.
