Searching for my hippy mojo again Tomorrow morning I'm heading back north for a festival. I've got my festival dress packed and my good cheer (but unlike my early twenties' years, there are no cherry red doc marten boots :(.) The music and fun will be flowing and the crowds minimal on a friend's farm in Byron. Yep. It's her 50th and the theme for her party is a music festival. How cool is that? I'm taking this opportunity to catch up with my two best friends, Bec and Woody - if you've followed me for awhile on Social Media, you've met them quite a lot. We always have a fun time together. So it's a three-night solo trip of festivities and fun! Just what I need before starting our epic full-time family travel adventure in the US. I'm hoping the time away is going to help me clear my writer's block. It's something I've not really suffered from in seven years of this blog. I've always felt I've had so much to talk about. But, nothing is really coming out lately and I just can't be bothered. I trust this is just an absorption and adjustment period and with a little travel motion, the thoughts might return. Either way, I know I'll have a good time relaxing with friends I love dearly. This truly will be our last goodbye for awhile. I'm confident it will be filled with champagne and laughter. Caz P.S. In an effort to always share with you how you can travel more for less. I scored flights to the Gold Coast using frequent flyer points, car rental using Amex membership rewards points, and I had some Airbnb credits to use for my accommodation. Airbnb had the cheapest prices by far. Really take advantage (sensibly) of those reward programs, it can add up quickly and give you free travel opportunities.  [Click to view this email online.]( --------------------------------------------------------------- BLOG & COMMUNITY --------------------------------------------------------------- 21 Reasons to go on a World Cruise Our friend, Jo shares with us her recent adventures cruising around the world and why it can be a fantastic way to travel!
