a lifelong dream ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ Hi {NAME}, This week, we made moves to talk to a mortgage broker. Just to see how we'd fare. After the disastrous 2020 year in travel, we weren't expecting much. We've been devastated thinking our dream of buying a home in Raleigh would not be a reality. And then our broker told us it was. We were stunned, elated, and nervous all at once. Dreams become like fragile glass when they are within reach. You're frightened that a single breath exhaled too sharply will shatter it. So we're tip toeing through the rubble right now to keep it in tact. It is the absolute possible worse time to buy. But, we know in Raleigh it won't get better. The growth is just too big and unstoppable. It will be tough to get our dream home in our dream location. I'm putting my faith in a miracle and just showing up each day to do what I can control. Owning our own home in Raleigh has been a dream we've fought for since 2004. We will keep you updated with how this crazy house buying project in Raleigh progresses for us. You can follow ThisisRaleigh.com as well for more. I have butterflies for sure.  Caroline NEW POSTS LAKE JUNALUSKA RETREAT NORTH CAROLINA MOUNTAINS [READ NOW]( SOUTH FLORIDA ROAD TRIP WOW EXPERIENCES [READ NOW]( 10 ROAD TRIP IDEAS FROM LA CALIFORNIA [READ NOW]( NEW PODCAST [LISTEN NOW]( [YouTube]( [Instagram]( [Facebook]( [Podcast]( To make sure you keep getting these emails, please add cazcraig@ytravelblog.com to your address book or whitelist us. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
