I feel so liberated Firstly, happy July 4th to all of our American readers celebrating their history

I feel so liberated Firstly, happy July 4th to all of our American readers celebrating their history, heritage and independence today. Happy Canada Day to all our Canadian friends as well who celebrated the other day! It's a great time to honor and love all the good things about your culture and country. It feels like many people are disenchanted lately, and these sure are tough times. But, don't think about that today. Return to what is good and celebrate that instead. As, I have been telling Savannah lately as she learns to steady her bike without the training wheels on, "Always look to where you want to go, as the bike will follow. Eyes always to the front, not behind. In other news, I am disconnecting from Instagram for the month of Dry July. July is typically a time to detox from alcohol. I'm using it as a time to abstain from a serious toxin in my life - Instagram. [I share more in today's post.]( I'm using this time off it to take control back and decide how I want to use it from now on (not the other way around) Sometimes we have to remove ourselves from toxins in order to take our power back and find clarity. It's so good to return to what life was like before Instagram. When a moment is just a moment to appreciate for what it is. No hashtags attached. I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences[in the comments on the blog](.
