We ditched our usual format. We didn’t invite a guest. My co-host stepped aside. It was just me and my husband, Sanjay, answering some of the toughest questions about our 26-year relationship – most of which we have never discussed (especially publicly). ​ It got real - fast. I cried. We both laughed. And we emerged from the hour changed: closer, more connected, more seen, and more heard by one another. ​ It was a little embarrassing and uncomfortable but it was so worth it.
