This is Afghanistan war veteran Sam Brown — When a roadside bomb detonated under the fuel tank of my vehicle while serving in Afghanistan, I thought my time on this earth was over. But God was watching over me and my fellow soldiers that day, as the flames on my body were extinguished. It wasn’t a twist of fate. It wasn’t a stroke of luck. I know with every fiber of my being that I am only standing here today because of God’s grace. [And it’s because of God’s grace that, today, I’m running for U.S. Senate.]( Friend, God has saved me in more ways than one — and I won’t take the new life he’s given me for granted. Since that day, I’ve met the woman of my dreams. I’ve had 3 beautiful children. I started a business working to get veterans the critical medications they need. And my dedication to making this country better for my family and every American has never been stronger. Though I’m new to the ugly game of politics, I’ve never feared stepping into the political arena — no matter how many millions of dollars Chuck Schumer commits to destroy me & my campaign. NOTHING will change my decision to fight for you — because the truth is, the call to serve is one I had to answer. People say I’m not a politician. They tell me I don’t stand a chance. I’m used to being an underdog & that’s exactly why I’m the ONLY one who knows what it means to truly fight with everything I have for YOU. [Do you have a minute today to support me in the biggest battle I’ve ever faced?]( Duty First, CPT Sam Brown, USA, Ret.
