[YITH]( Hi there, I’m Sara Presenti, UX designer at YITH. My job is to design the interface of our plugins and of our website so that everything is, as I always like to say, "easy to use and beautiful to look at". But YITH has a problem, so I have a problem ;) No matter how many plugins I design or how many changes I decide to make to our website, the development team has technical support as a priority. This is a bit frustrating for me: any ticket and any customer asking for support gets priority over the tasks I assign. Our guys like to feel a bit like "superheroes" and come to the aid of customers. Sometimes I get angry but, I have to admit, that attitude is what has made YITH what it is. We now have 2.5 million customers spread all over the world who have built their e-commerce with our plugins, 2.5 million customers who keep choosing us year after year because they trust us and we are part of their story. Sometimes we have to postpone the development of a new feature or a plugin and that's okay. Because at YITH the priority is people, experiences, the fear of those who want to sell online and don't know where to start, and the hope of those who start a new business and ask us for advice. And a discount, that too is often asked 😀 By the way: if you are one of our customers who loves to save money and doesn't let a discount pass you by, don't forget about our Cyber Monday promo that is about to end (in a matter of hours) which gets you a 35% discount on ALL our plugins. [Check out the discounted plugins >]( PS. Our technical support service is great, but our customer service in chat is no less. If you have any questions about our plugins, talk to us directly using the live chat on our website, we are always available (or almost!). We are waiting for you on YITH! Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
