Effective June 1, 2022, the Xoom transaction fees for using your PayPal balance to send money to a domestic bank account or debit card will be changing from 1% (min $0.25 USD, max $10 USD) to 1.75% (min $0.25 USD, max $25 USD). These changes do not affect Xoom fees for international transactions, cash pickup, mobile reload, or for domestic transactions paid with a bank account, debit card, or credit card.
