Facebook just released its financial results for the period from July 1 – Sept. 30. For investors there are numerous risks and concerns: - A Facebook whistleblower highlighted the company’s harm to society - The Federal Trade Commission complains that Facebook illegally took out competitors - A new antitrust bill could limit the company’s growth – or even lead to a breakup! These represent longer-term risks to the company. While alarming, they aren’t having much of a material impact on the company’s latest earnings report. Here are Facebook’s results… - EPS of $3.22 versus $3.19 analyst estimate - Revenues of $29 billion versus analyst estimate of $29.6 billion Revenues were up 35% during the quarter. However, the pace of growth slowed due to changes with Apple’s iOS that make it easier to block ads and limit user tracking. FB stock was up 3% in afterhours trading. Meanwhile, this Overnight Trade in FB could deliver [36.6% profits in 1-day (go here to see how).]( In other Facebook-related news… President Trump is launching a social media network. The new company will be called Trump Media & Technology Group. And the former President plans to launch a new app called Truth Social to take on big tech, including Facebook. Trump Media & Technology Group plans to go public by merging with a SPAC called [Digital World Acquisition (NASDAQ: DWAC).]( The deal values Trump Media at $875 million – based upon a $10 per share deal price. And Trump Media will receive $293 million in cash to fund its growth plans. DWAC is now trading around $100 – rising more than 1,000% in anticipation of a deal with Trump. That means the company’s total implied valuation is around $9 billion! That may sound like a big valuation… But it’s actually less than 1% of the size of Facebook – which currently has a market cap of $928 billion. It looks like DWAC is now the hottest stock for retail traders and the “meme stock” crowd. Perhaps you missed out on the 10X returns with the Trump SPAC. However, there’s still time for you to see remarkable gains with these simple trades. Because for the last 4-years I’ve been making these [simple Overnight Trades]( – with remarkable success.
