Shares will start trading on the NASDAQ stock exchange tomorrow. Hereâs everything you need to know. [Click here for my #1 crypto Pre-IPO to buy now.]( What Is Coinbase? Coinbase is the worldâs most valuable cryptocurrency exchange. Itâs basically like Robinhood or E*Trade. But instead of trading stocks itâs used to trade cryptos including Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin. The company serves over 56 million clients. Plus, the platform has $223 billion in assets â representing 11% of the total cryptocurrency market. Coinbase can be considered a leveraged bet on the booming crypto market. As the price of Bitcoin and Ethereum rise â Coinbase sees its sales and profits multiply. Just look at the results for the first 3-months of 3021. Sales surged to $1.8 billion â more than for the entire year of 2020. And the companyâs profits exceeded $730 million. Coinbase Pre-IPO Coinbase shareholders have been selling shares on the private [Nasdaq Pre-IPO market](. Last September, shares were trading around $28. And in the first couple months the price jumped above $300. That means Coinbase Pre-IPO investors have earned 1,091% - in just six months! The Coinbase IPO will be one for the record books. Yet there are NO IPO shares to buy tomorrow. Instead, itâs the early investors with private Pre-IPO shares who will make the huge gains. One new crypto exchange is preparing to IPO. And shares could jump 352% AFTER going public. [Click here for urgent details.]( IPO Date & Time Coinbase is scheduled to go public on April 14. It can take several hours for the market makers to OPEN a new stock for trading. Bankers at Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan will collaborate with NASDAQ market makers to coordinate an orderly opening. You can expect to see a first trade between 11am â 1pm Eastern Time. Ticker Symbol Coinbase will begin trading on the NASDAQ with the ticker symbol COIN. IPO Price The company is going public in a direct listing. Coinbase wonât sell any new shares of stock or raise any capital in the transaction. Instead, the stock will simply begin to trade on the exchange. This means that there is technically NOT an Initial Public Offering price. Instead, there will be a âreference priceâ that reflects the start of trading in the stock. The official reference price is listed as $200 per share. However, itâs likely that this will be adjusted higher before trading begins tomorrow. Trading Activity on Wednesday Trading will begin late morning or early afternoon. In March, shares were trading on the [private Nasdaq market]( at an average price of $343. And shares apparently traded as high as $375. That was BEFORE the company reported preliminary results for the first 3-months of the year. Those blockbuster results likely mean the share price will be higher. Crypto exchange FXT indicates that the private Coinbase share price on Coinbase is $594 on April 13. Frankly, investors who try to scoop up shares at this price may get burned. And thatâs why Iâm buying shares of an alternative crypto exchange BEFORE it goes public. [Go here for urgent details]( (before this stock takes off). Yours in Wealth,
