A note from the Worship Together Kids team: What are three letters that spell summer to most kids? It’s not M-A-Y or H-O-T. To many, those three letters are V-B-S. Sadly, in the times we are living in, VBS 2020 is a no-go. VBS is a cornerstone for community outreach and relevant impact in the local church. Our team grew up attending VBS every summer and those experiences helped shape our view of Jesus, the Scriptures, the church, and everything in between. As a diverse group of Kids Ministry leaders, parents, and volunteers, our team has felt the impact of VBS firsthand. With July and August in sight, the absence of VBS is a reality we, at Worship Together Kids, don’t want to face. In this season of unrest and confusion, we have been thinking through and praying about how to best serve your Kids Ministry. In many cases, churches simply cannot take on an in-person VBS event or consider incurring a VBS cost this year. But that isn’t where the VBS 2020 story has to end. We have decided to use this moment to offer a new kind of VBS, absolutely free! We want to give you fully downloadable, fully reproduceable, and fully emailable resources so families can experience VBS at home. In that spirit, we’ve created Supernatural VBS Home Edition, from Worship Together Kids. Yes, Worship Together Kids is giving VBS away! There’s no catch. No gimmick. No trick.
