It's a cool morning today that will give way to a possible stormy afternoon, with a high of 85 degrees and a low of 70 degrees. It’s Tuesday morning in New York City and Gothamist found that [dozens of insurance companies don’t want to cover buildings]( where low-income tenants use housing vouchers to pay for apartments. Here’s what else is happening: - Friends of the late actor Michael K. Williams are [urging prosecutors to go easy on sentencing]( the four men who pleaded guilty to charges related to his overdose death. - A New Jersey judge is expected to decide soon whether the state is responsible for having some of the most segregated schools in the U.S. in a case that will [ultimately overhaul decisions about where students attend public school.]( - Lyft is facing some financial trouble, and the company is now [considering selling Citi Bike]( according to the Wall Street Journal. - Other companies are upping their prices.
