4,500 more kids like TJ are still waiting for their own wishes to come true. [Make-A-Wish]( [Give Now]( [Donate To Grant More Waiting Wishes Like TJ's]( We have huge news to share: We’ve kept you updated on TJ’s story as he waited for his wish to come true. After months of preparation, his wish day finally happened – and it’s all thanks to your support. During years of cancer treatments, overnight hospital stays and separation from his family members, TJ would watch countless videos about outer space – a place he has always been fascinated by for its vastness and mystery – to help take his mind off of what he was going through. Now, after months of waiting, TJ’s wish to blast off into outer space has come true – all thanks to your steadfast and generous support! But before we share more: Summer is our busiest time of the year here at Make-A-Wish®, with more than 4,500 kids waiting on the life-changing hope and strength of a wish – and it's also the time when our fundraising slows down the most. That's why I wanted to reach out to you right away. We're looking to raise $45,000 for our Summer of Wishes goal. Every day, 40 more children are added to the waiting wish list, and we need your support to bring their wishes to life. [Please, will you make a gift now to help us grant more summer wishes for kids facing critical illnesses? No child should have to wait one unnecessary day for their wish.]( [Make a Gift To Grant Waiting Wishes]( TJ and his family enjoyed an unforgettable two-day adventure at a space center. Their journey was filled with awe-inspiring experiences – from seeing actual rockets that have gone into space to sitting inside a landing pod so TJ could experience what it would be like falling back to Earth. But the best part? TJ got to talk to an actual astronaut and ask all of his burning questions about space! TJ’s wish gave him much-needed hope and joy – along with an even deeper level of strength – to continue pushing through the toughest moments of his treatment journey. And none of it would have been possible without the generosity of supporters like you. But the heartbreaking reality is that, as you read this, there are thousands of other kids just like TJ who are still waiting for their own wish to come true this summer – and we’re relying on your help to make sure they don’t have to wait even one unnecessary day. [So please, will you make a gift today? Your support will go directly toward making more unforgettable wishes like TJ’s come true for the 4,500 kids waiting on a wish this summer.]( [Make a Gift To Grant Waiting Wishes]( Thank you so much for making wishes like TJ’s come true.
