According to the State Journal, the obituary read “In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Ron Johnson's opponent in 2022.” Carol's daughter said that her mom regretted not being more involved in politics, but now, we have an opportunity to make up for Carol's lost time, and take political action to defeat Ron Johnson on her behalf.
