[When Democrats Turn Out] {NAME}, There’s good news: Georgians have already started voting in the upcoming Senate runoffs, which’ll determine which party will control the Senate for the next two years. The Wall Street journal has reported that well over a million voters have requested mail in ballots, meaning there’s potential to see Georgia flip blue again in four days. But we can’t take another Democratic win for granted. Rev. Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff are running in tight races, and their Republican opponents have the GOP money-machine backing them up. And Democrats are rightfully worried about recurring instances of voter suppression -- according to the Times, “election officials in Cobb County, the third-largest county in Georgia, plan to open fewer than half of the early voting locations that were in place for the general election, reducing the number to five from 11.” It should come as no surprise that “some of the locations being closed...are in neighborhoods with large Black populations.” When Democrats Turn Out is determined to turn out voters in Georgia and fight the Right’s undemocratic attempts at voter suppression -- but we’re running low on funds. If we don’t raise another $2,024 by midnight tonight, there’s no guarantee we’ll be able to take on the financial powerhouse of dark money that is the GOP. [{NAME}, you know we can’t afford to lose momentum now, not when a Blue Senate is within our grasp for the first time in years. If we dethrone Mitch McConnell from his position, Biden and Harris will ACTUALLY be able to enact the change we’ve all been waiting for -- but if the ‘Grim Reaper’ of Congress stays in power, he and his Senate Republicans will make sure progressive legislation never reaches the floor. That’s why we’re reaching out to you today -- will you chip in $10, $25, or whatever you can spare to support our voter turnout efforts, take back the Senate, and protect our democracy?]( If you've saved payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately: [DONATE $10]( [DONATE $25]( [DONATE $50]( [DONATE $100]( [DONATE $500]( [DONATE OTHER]( We couldn’t be more grateful for your contribution.
