Thank you for standing up for families across the country, The WDTO Team Paid for by When Democrats

[When Democrats Turn Out] Hi {NAME}, Ivanka Trump was supposedly going to be the voice of reason in this White House, advocating for children and working women. She said she would push for more family leave and more rights for working mothers -- unsurprisingly, she hasn’t done any of this. The U.S. is the wealthiest nation in the world, and yet it ranks low globally in many metrics, especially in terms of childcare. We don’t have universal paid family leave, kindergarten, or affordable options for childcare. In fact, U.S. families use 23.1% of their income on childcare, compared to 11.8% for families in similar countries. Across the U.S., childcare options are dwindling, making affordable options for families few and far between -- some childcare providers have 18-month waitlists and are no longer accepting vouchers and other financial assistance programs, further driving up the cost for American families. [Early childcare is critical to a kid’s upbringing -- it allows them to jumpstart learning and sets them up to better succeed in school. Add your name to ours and tell Congress that it’s time we supported American families; make childcare affordable for all Americans now!]( Thank you for standing up for families across the country, The WDTO Team [SIGN THE PETITION]( Paid for by When Democrats Turn Out PAC PO Box 15320 Washington, DC 20003 [Unsubscribe](
