[View in browser]( [World Food Program USA.]( [DONATE]( {NAME}, Like you, I am heartbroken and deeply concerned about children and families caught in the crossfires of conflict in the Middle East. The escalating emergency has made food nearly impossible to find, store or prepare in Gaza. Many shops have already run out of supplies. Others have stocks for less than a week. With borders closed, families are on the brink of running out of water and electricity too. In response, the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) aims to reach over 800,000 people in Gaza and the West Bank with food. [Please consider a donation to support this work to provide emergency food assistance to children and families in Gaza and the West Bank.]( [A child receiving WFP-provided food in Gaza.]( With over two decades of working in the region, the U.N. World Food Programme was equipped to immediately distribute fresh bread, canned food and ready-to-eat food to around 170,000 people in Gaza after the escalation of conflict. The worst hunger crises in the world are driven by conflict. Despite the immense challenges of delivering humanitarian assistance in conflict zones, U.N. World Food Programme staff are dedicated to doing everything they can to meet the most basic needs of people impacted by conflict. This year has been filled with crises, and we do not take for granted your continued partnership that powers our work. Thank you for delivering hope and food to families facing unimaginable hardship.
