Updates to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Here at Weedmaps, we are always improving our products and services in order to make our users' lives easier and continue to be the most comprehensive source of cannabis information in the world. To address some of the enhancements and changes recently made to Weedmaps, we've updated our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. A summary of the key updates is listed below (though it is not exhaustive, so we encourage you to review the full, updated versions of our Terms of Use at [( and Privacy Policy at [(. - We've added language that covers the use of Weedmaps Orders. Third party retailers receiving orders must verify your age (and, in some cases, your medical recommendation), and they must receive your address and phone number for order fulfillment and notification. Many of the changes give us permission to capture, store, and use such information appropriately so you can successfully place orders. - In certain parts of our products we now use the Google Maps API. For these parts, we've added language that covers the application of the Google Terms of Service in addition to the Weedmaps Terms of Use. - To better protect our community, we've clarified language that restricts users from posting libelous content or creating false or misleading reviews or posts, and expanded the types of language that is considered offensive.
