Hi {NAME}, Just a quick brand update email for ya... but first, THANK YOU FOR BEING OUR FRIEND! (sorry for yelling) ...but we do mean it. We've had some uphill battles together and some really good times too. Just know that we appreciate you! We also want you to continue to appreciate us, so we are committed to keeping you informed and building this great relationship as a team! Soooo... here it is, What you already know:
Web 20 Ranker prides itself on offering extensive SEO services at an affordable rate. However, creating good informative SEO content can be a challenging and expensive process. As a result, we have an internal team of experienced content creators with knowledge spanning across a variety of niches and industries.  The Good: Evolution Of Content In Web 2.0 Ranker As your SEO needs evolve and new optimization methods for content and businesses emerge, we have worked hard to keep up with the pace. But having good writers with regular training is not enough anymore. So how do we ensure our content standards are upheld while meeting the demand and continuously creating quality content that ranks? - Extensive training and assigning process: We have recently introduced weekly training programs for all writers, allowing us to tackle specific writing issues and ensure consistency. Every writer is different, and we quickly discovered grading them with a one-size-fits-all style is probably not the best approach. Furthermore, we also ensure our writers are assigned content topics where they excel and have experience in. This ensures content is matched with the writer that best fits the needs of the project.
- An extensive quality check process: No matter how good a writer is, they may miss a few grammatical or structural problems with their writing. To counter this, our team of editors review all content pieces before submitting them to the client. The editors also go through weekly training to ensure we uphold the standards we have given ourselves.
- A content team with job security and a platform to be heard: One of the many reasons most content companiesâ quality fluctuates is due to the companyâs treatment of the content creators. While our writing team is on a freelance basis, they are a big part of the company and their issues and problems are heard and addressed. Our writers are more focused on their writing because of the comfort and job security this provides. In the end, this ensures a positive reflection in their work. They feel part of the Web 2.0 family and put in the extra work to ensure their content is informative and of high quality. The changes above are only a few reasons why the content at Web 2.0 is constantly improving. As a result, the writing teams and company as a whole has grown exponentially, creating another problem for us... The Challenge: How do we continue to deliver the current services we provide without changing the pricing or a drop in quality? The Bad: Late Orders
Due to the rapid growth of the company and the fact that we do not cut corners with our content or SEO optimization process, so admittedly, we have been a little overwhelmed. This has led to some orders not meeting standard TATs. While growth is a good problem to have on our end, we understand how frustrating delays can be for you. We understand youâve set targets and timelines with specific goals to accomplish in these timeframes. We do not take your needs or expectations for granted, which has led to our evolution into AI-generated content. The Evolution To AI: The Convergence Of Technology And Good Writing With the large content demand, we are slowly shifting to AI-generated content, especially for the basic, social, and citation types of content. However, premium content will still be handled by top writers. There is a lot of skepticism in regards to AI-generated content. But this transition is a well-thought-out process involving the AI software working concurrently with carefully selected writers to create unique, informative, and quality content. We are constantly training our writing teams on how to use different AI content-generating tools in conjunction with their skill sets. This produces the highest quality content that reads like it was written by an experienced writer with knowledge on the subject. The Additional Challenges Like any transition, we did experience quite a few challenges and are still experiencing some of these issues. However, as we have mentioned, we are constantly experimenting with new AI content-generating tools to ensure weâre using only the highest quality tools that we find up to the task. The Content 'sounded robotic' initially: One of our first challenges with AI content-generation tools was that it made the content 'sound' automated and generic. This is the very reason only select writers work with the AI tools. This allows for extensive review of the content to ensure it flows better and sounds more natural. We create a lot of content: As you know, Web 2.0 Ranker is rapidly growing. Just from our AI generating team we produce about 1.5 million words a week. This is quite a stretch for any AI content writing tool. Many of these companies like Jarvis.ai (Conversion.AI) have a fair use policy, which restricts the amount of content writing any one account can produce. Even though we try to stick within these parameters, our content needs surpass these limits by a scary margin. As a result, our accounts have been shut down permanently. However, we have begun working with other AI content generators like Writesonic.com and Copy.ai, which allows us to spread our content creation across these various tools - meeting their fair use policies in the process.  Moving Forward... The Solution, hopefully ;)
As we adapt to the new normal of using AI content-generating tools to create our basic content, we are becoming more knowledgeable on how to best use these tools to make higher quality content with shorter turnaround times. We will continue to grow and educate our team so we can meet all your requirements for quality and TATs. With the Web 2.0 content database also growing exponentially, we are in the process of creating our own AI content-generation software, which will further help us create unique content faster and at scale. Our goal is that this will allow us to continue to provide you with the services you know and trust without increasing the price. The Discussion
