The global market for pot is worth $17 billion. It’s about to skyrocket even further over the next few years, hitting $146 billion by 2025. Marijuana has become one of the fastest-growing industries in the world. The demand for marijuana increases every day, a big factor in why this market has grown so quickly. Not to mention the legalization and decriminalization of the drug has become a strong driving force toward the demand increase. The legalization of medicinal marijuana and its adoption as a pharmaceutical product for treating medical conditions like cancer, arthritis, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and other neurological conditions is going to further increase the demand for the drug.
