There have been many major events in the legal cannabis timeline. But 2018 will go down as the year cannabis won. Wealth Daily editor Jason Williams explains how you can profit now that we're past the tipping point... You are receiving this email because you subscribed to Wealth Daily. [Wealth Daily logo] This Is the Tipping Point for Legal Cannabis [Jason Williams Photo] By [Jason Williams]( Written Jun. 29, 2018 There have been several major events in the timeline of the legal cannabis industry... In 1996, California became the first state to legalize medical cannabis. In 2012, Colorado and Washington State voted to legalize marijuana for recreational purposes. In 2016, California voted to legalize recreational use of cannabis. But looking back years from now, 2018 may be classified as the year cannabis really went mainstream. And that’s because the combination of everything that's happened thus far signals a tipping point for cannabis legalization... Bank 1,000% on the Death of Comcast America’s most hated cable company is standing on its last leg. And it’s not because of terrible customer service or mediocre products. It’s because of a technological shift that’s scheduled to start in late-2018. It's a shift that could earn you 1,000% gains as three companies bring down big cable. [Click here for their ticker symbols.]( The New Canadian Club One of the biggest developments to ever hit the cannabis industry happened just last week. Canada became the first wealthy nation (and the second nation worldwide) to legalize recreational use of cannabis for the whole country. While the South American nation of Uruguay had already legalized the plant, Canada is a wealthy nation with serious political and social clout. And its decision to legalize provides a framework for other wealthy nations (like the U.S.) to follow suit. Between the 1960s and 1980, Canada, along with most of the wealthy nations in the world, signed several international drug treaties. Canada’s decision flies in the face of such treaties. But the U.S., which has been the main enforcer of said treaties, isn’t likely to get into a fight with such a major ally over something we let go on in our own states. That means Canada’s decision sends a strong message to the rest of the world’s governments. Current drug enforcement policy is not working. And it needs to change. This is likely going to lead to some serious changes in the U.S. It may even be the momentum needed to push the country towards federal legalization. The President of Pot As you already know from [my article last Friday](, even President Trump is on board with ending federal prohibition. This is also huge since he’s the head of America’s conservative party — the one leading the fight against legalization for so many years. It’s a big deal also when his own AG is demonizing the “devil’s lettuce” practically every chance he gets. With Trump throwing his support behind efforts to lift federal prohibition, we’re likely to see more conservative politicians change their stance on the issue too. Even if it only leads to cannabis being removed from the level one classification, the one with heroin and meth in it, that’s going to bring massive investment into the industry. Ohhhhhh-klahoma! Where the wind comes sweepin’ down the plain, And the waving wheat weed can sure smell sweet, When the wind comes right behind the rain. Wait! What did I just sing?! That’s right. Oklahoma of all places just voted this week to legalize medical marijuana. In the face of heavy opposition from the Republican governor and a $500,000 anti-pot campaign (which is big money in an OK election), voters chose to approve medical marijuana for the Sooner State. That makes 30 states to approve medical cannabis use. Texas may be swimming in a lake of oil, but it’s now surrounded by an ocean of green. The fact that this bill passed even with such staunch opposition shows that Americans, no matter whether they’re red or blue, want legal marijuana. And if a law like this can pass in a state like Oklahoma, well, it can pretty much pass anywhere. With all these events coming so quickly, it’s hard to fathom federal legalization taking much longer. It could even happen as soon as this year or next. And that’s why you can’t afford to wait another second to get yourself invested. [Click here for more.]( The Best Pot Stock in America I’ve been interested in the potential for a nationwide cannabis market for decades now — since I first learned about High Times and NORML in high school. And I’ve been following it as it’s grown faster than I could have ever imagined. But I was content to sit on the sidelines and watch. I saw a lot of pump-and-dump schemes. I saw a ton of companies with no connection to the industry change their name or ticker symbol and skyrocket one day only to plummet back to earth the next. But over the past couple of years, I’ve watched as the weed got separated from the stems and seeds. And I’ve been able to capture some pretty outstanding gains on speculative stocks. But it wasn’t until around this time last year that I finally found a cannabis company I wouldn’t call a gamble. I found one I was more than happy to put into my own retirement account. I’m a long-term investor. I’ll take a stab at catching some quick profits from a trend. But I really like investing in companies with solid business plans in growing markets. I LOVE dividends, too. Love them. Any company that’ll pay me to be an investor gets an extra point in my book. So, when I found this company, I was infatuated. I immediately added shares to my Roth IRA. And I immediately went to my partner at The Wealth Advisory, Briton Ryle, to get his take. It didn’t take long before Brit was sold, too. So he took it to our founder and publisher, Brian Hicks. Now, Brian’s made millions in the stock market already. And he helped found one of the top investment advisory companies in the world. So when he gets excited about a stock, it really means something. And Brian literally told me and Brit that this company was “the only pot stock” he’d ever own. He’s already made over $20,000 from his investment... an investment he made just a few months ago. But we’re not so greedy here that we want to keep investments like this to ourselves. So I convinced Brian to put together a report about the stock so we could share it with you. He did not disappoint. I asked for a report. He delivered a proclamation. [I urge you to read it.]( This is the best cannabis investment I’ve ever seen. It’s up there with the best all-around investments I’ve ever made. This is a company that will grow by leaps and bounds as the industry grows, too. And it’ll pay you guaranteed income the whole time you’re invested. So, if you’ve been waiting to get invested in the marijuana market, wait no more. And if you’re already a player but want the absolute best cannabis investments, do yourself a favor and [see what Brian has to say](. You won’t regret it. In fact, it may just be the best return on an investment of time you’ve ever gotten. So get ready to celebrate our independence here in the U.S. with some explosive profits. Happy Fourth of July, everyone! It treats epilepsy, and the company that makes it is taking off... My colleague Jimmy Mengel, editor of The Marijuana Manifesto (among other successful investing services), had advised his readers to buy long before the approval was even a rumor. And they’re sitting on massive gains thanks to his insight. But Jimmy’s found another company that’s got a cannabis-based drug for cancer. And when that approval comes through, this tiny stock is going to go through the roof. If an epilepsy treatment can send a stock up 1,500%, just think how much profit there is to be had for a successful cancer treatment! Before the news gets out and the profits are all taken, let Jimmy help you get invested in the first cannabis cancer cure.
