Exciting details inside I’ve been a big bear for a year. I was one of the first to tell you it

Exciting details inside [image] I’ve been a big bear for a year. I was one of the first to tell you it was coming and we have made a lot of money from this call. Our clients have dramatically outperformed the market and the competition. But when will the next bull market come? This chart contains some clues. This is a chart of weekly price action in the NASDAQ overlayed with the Relative Strength Index (RSI). The RSI is a measure of momentum. I use it in several different ways. One way is to look for divergences between price action and the RSI. A divergence occurs when one of the indicators makes a low and the other indicator doesn’t or vice versa. When there is a divergence, you should follow the RSI. For example, right now the price has made a new low but the RSI has not. That is a divergence. My Rule is that means that you should follow the RSI or look to buy because it is stronger than the price. A divergence on the weekly chart means that we are about to see a major counter trend rally or a major trend change. We have to use other techniques to time the low precisely. You can learn what techniques and how to precisely time the low in our unique How To Make Money In Bear Market course. [Click here to learn more and sign up!](=) The chart shows the NASDAQ and RSI going back to 2015. There are a number of divergences market on the chart. You can see that they work great. And, right now, we have a major bulllish divergence! If you follow me, you know that I am now focusing more on the coming Big Bull market than on the current Big Bear. We are seeing more and more indications that the Big Bear is coming to an end. The divergence shown here is just one of the indicators that is turning bullish. But there are many more that are still bearish. So how do we make money on this divergence? First, stay short the market for now. The short term timing indicators and many of the long term fundamental indicators that we teach in our Bear Market course remain bearish. [(Click here to sign up for the course so you can jump on the Big Bull early!)](=) I’m still looking for some sign of capitulation. Tomorrow I will show you a sign that big investors have capitulated but small investors are still hanging onto their bullish positions. Talk to you tomorrow! Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
