If you didn't attend yesterdays LIVE for the sales funnels challenge, I'm giving you one more chance. ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ He started CRYING on the phone to me, 60 years young, successful in property + trading, but he’s down $400,000. Ignore the following text. It's random & only here to improve delivery. It helped her understand all of the little things I do for her that I thought she was too young to notice. But now she says "thank you" more often, which really brings a smile to my face. I already know that this book is going to help her grow up to be a kind, grateful young lady!!" Thanks again for this book and I hope you can share this message with other mothers like me so they can read it to their kids." - Jenny Now, that's an incredible story! A Mother's Love is certainly one of my favorites, too, because of all the messages I get like this one. Click the button below to take a look inside A Mother's Love: It's about an interesting creature... a lonely Yeti, who's living in the snowy mountains all by herself, hoping for some company... Here goes: "If you're looking for some fun, or maybe even a friend, go up to the mountain to the path's end. There you'll find the Yeti, who lives all alone. She'll make you feel welcome in her snow-covered home. So pack up your gear, go slow and steady, the fun's just begun because the Yeti is ready!" This fun poem is from a new book called The Yeti Is Ready... And it's given my kids a new perspective on friendship & acceptance!" Click the red button below to take a look inside The Yeti Is Ready: You will rejoice to hear that no disaster has accompanied the commencement of an enterprise which you have regarded with such evil forebodings. I arrived here yesterday, and my first task is to assure my sister of my welfare and increasing confidence in the success of my undertaking. I am already far north of London, and as I walk in the streets of Petersburgh, I feel a cold northern breeze play upon my cheeks, which braces my nerves and fills me with delight. Do you understand this feeling? This breeze, which has travelled from the regions towards which I am advancing, gives me a foretaste of those icy climes. Inspirited by this wind of promise, my daydreams become more fervent and vivid. I try in vain to be persuaded that the pole is the seat of frost and desolation; it ever presents itself to my imagination as the region of beauty and delight. There, Margaret, the sun is for ever visible, its broad disk just skirting the horizon and diffusing a perpetual splendour. There=E2=80=94for with your leave, my sister, I will put some trust in preceding navigators=E2=80=94there snow and frost are banished; and, sailing over a calm sea, we may be wafted to a land surpassing in wonders and in beauty every region hitherto discovered on the habitable globe. Its productions and features may be without example, as the phenomena of the heavenly bodies undoubtedly are in those undiscovered solitudes. What may not be expected in a country of eternal light? I may there discover the wondrous power which attracts the needle and may regulate a thousand celestial observations that require only this voyage to render their seeming eccentricities consistent for ever. I shall satiate my ardent curiosity with the sight of a part of the world never before visited, and may tread a land never before imprinted by the foot of man. These are my enticements, and they are sufficient to conquer all fear of danger or death and to induce me to commence this laborious voyage with the joy a child feels when he embarks in a little boat, with his holiday mates, on an expedition of discovery up his native river. But supposing all these conjectures to be false, you cannot contest the inestimable benefit which I shall confer on all mankind, to the last generation, by discovering a passage near the pole to those countries, to reach which at present so many months are requisite; or by ascertaining the secret of the magnet, which, if at all possible, can only be effected by an undertaking such as mine. These reflections have dispelled the agitation with which I began my letter, and I feel my heart glow with an enthusiasm which elevates me to heaven, for nothing contributes so much to tranquillise the mind as a steady purpose=E2=80=94a point on which the soul may fix its intellectual eye. This expedition has been the favourite dream of my early years. I have read with ardour the accounts of the various voyages which have been made in the prospect of arriving at the North Pacific Ocean through the seas which surround the pole. You may remember that a history of all the voyages made for purposes of discovery composed the whole of our good Uncle Thomas=E2=80=99 library. My education was neglected, yet I was passionately fond of reading. These volumes were my study day and night, and my familiarity with them increased that regret which I had felt, as a child, on learning that my father=E2=80=99s dying injunction had forbidden my uncle to allow me to embark in a seafaring life. These visions faded when I perused, for the first time, those poets whose effusions entranced my soul and lifted it to heaven. I also became a poet and for one year lived in a paradise of my own creation; I imagined that I also might obtain a niche in the temple where the names of Homer and Shakespeare are consecrated. You are well acquainted with my failure and how heavily I bore the disappointment. But just at that time I inherited the fortune of my cousin, and my thoughts were turned into the channel of their earlier bent. Six years have passed since I resolved on my present undertaking. I can, even now, remember the hour from which I dedicated myself to this great enterprise. I commenced by inuring my body to hardship. I accompanied the whale-fishers on several expeditions to the North Sea; I voluntarily endured cold, famine, thirst, and want of sleep; I often worked harder than the common sailors during the day and devoted my nights to the study of mathematics, the theory of medicine, and those branches of physical science from which a naval adventurer might derive the greatest practical advantage. Twice I actually hired myself as an under-mate in a Greenland whaler, and acquitted myself to admiration. I must own I felt a little proud when my captain offered me the second dignity in the vessel and entreated me to remain with the greatest earnestness, so valuable did he consider my services. And now, Margaret, do I not deserve to accomplish some great purpose? My life might have been passed in ease and luxury, but I preferred glory to every enticement that wealth placed in my path. Oh, that some encouraging voice would answer in the affirmative! My courage and my resolution is firm; but my hopes fluctuate, and my spirits are often depressed. I am about to proceed on a long and difficult voyage, the emergencies of which will demand all my fortitude: I am required not only to raise the spirits of others, but sometimes to sustain my own, when theirs are failing. This is the most favourable period for travelling in Russia. They fly quickly over the snow in their sledges; the motion is pleasant, and, in my opinion, far more agreeable than that of an English stagecoach. The cold is not excessive, if you are wrapped in furs=E2=80=94a dress which I have already adopted, for there is a great difference between walking the deck and remaining seated motionless for hours, when no exercise prevents the blood from actually freezing in your veins. I have no ambition to lose my life on the post-road between St. Petersburgh and Archangel. I shall depart for the latter town in a fortnight or three weeks; and my intention is to hire a ship there, which can easily be done by paying the insurance for the owner, and to engage as many sailors as I think necessary among those who are accustomed to the whale-fishing. I do not intend to sail until the month of June; and when shall I return? Ah, sister, how can I answer this question? If I succeed, many, many months, perhaps years, will pass before you and I may meet. If I fail, you will see me again soon, or never. Farewell, my, excellent Margaret. Heaven shower down blessings on you, and save me, that I may again and again testify my gratitude for all your love and kindness. I remember like it was yesterday I was speaking to Tony (based somewhere in USA) who had been buying endless courses, masterminds, guru programs and instead of identifying a market first he decided to create a PRODUCT with no research, with no data backed, no paying customers, he decided that he was going to spend 4 years… Yes, 4 ENTIRE+ years building products / videos / websites / and everything in between and then realising that he’s done it the absolute wrong way. There was no market research. There was no identifying who to target and why. There was no "validation" of paying customers. When I had told him, we don’t teach you to create a program, we teach you to FIND a problem you can uniquely solve, use our systems to get PAYING clients first so you can validate your market and then you go to build your business… He just teared up. I want to save you years of mistakes and costly dollars. So remember your market selection is KEY to creating abundance. Your QUALITY of life can be boiled down to these 2 things; Your customers. Your team. Seriously if you want to improve, transform your business and your quality of life, make sure these 2 things are in order. In almost every market, there's a group of customers who are in a lot of pain. And they will spend almost anything to have that pain solved. You see it in HEALTH Love & Relationships Business & Wealth Creation Those are the 3 big niches. In "marketing speak", we call this a niche. The deeper we can go into a niche the more we can serve. To find the ideal niche you can ask yourself these 3 questions; 1 - Is your target market already buying a solution to a problem they have 2 - Do they have the money to buy a premium solution? I.e YOURS? ;-) 3 - Are they easy to reach? I.e are they on the top social media sites? I’ve used this model (we have many models we teach our VIP clients) and attracted thousands of clients that have paid a premium to work with us. This is also how I routinely attract $18k, $50k and even $100k+ clients. ... which brings me to my biggest lesson about you and your market selection: Focus on serving customers who are experiencing the most pain. Let's use an example to see what I mean... Pretend you're in the pharmaceuticals' industry. There are two possible niches (or market segments) you can focus on. The first niche is people with migraines. The second niche is people who want more energy. The people with migraines are in severe pain 24x7 and will give almost anything for a tablet that will stop their agonising migraines. The people who want more energy are looking for vitamins and supplements that will give them a kick start to the day (think of protein powders, fish oil tablets, green juice powders, etc). Which niche is experiencing the most pain? Obviously it's the people with migraines. They will pay almost anything to get rid of the unbearable pain. In this example, it would be MUCH easier to sell a migraine table instead of a supplement that gives people more energy. Why? Pain... People with a migraine would say the pain is a 10 out of 10. People who want more energy would say the pain is a 1 out of 10. Where there's unsolved pain, there's a huge opportunity. A few examples: - Slack knew people were drowning in email, so they launched a product that would move communication from siloed emails to shared chat rooms. . - Uber knew the experience of hailing and riding in a taxi was less than ideal, so they launched an app that brought a car straight to you with the push of a button. . - RXBar knew that people were sick of protein bars which contained unhealthy ingredients, so they launched a range of protein bars that have just 5 ingredients. . - Dollar Shave Club knew that men were sick of being ripped off by Gillette when they needed to buy new razor blades, so they launched an affordable refills box that gets shipped to your door. Make sense? Pretty cool examples, right? All of these founders were smart enough to "niche down". Instead of selling to "everyone", they chose to focus on a small part of a large market where people were experiencing the most pain. If you have an existing business and you're finding it hard to acquire new customers, my best piece of advice for you is to niche down. I know it might feel counterintuitive at first, but trust me, it works. When you've dominated one niche, you can expand and add another niche. Then another. Then another. Eventually when you have tens of thousands of customers, you can then "go broad" and appeal to everyone, just like Apple, Salesforce, Porsche, Fitbit and Louis Vuitton all did. For one of my brands "FUNNELS.com" I’ve chosen to work with entrepreneurs who have been looking around, buying programs already in the marketplace but they haven’t been able to crack the code when it comes to marketing their business and ideas to the world…. The average client makes $5k-$15k per month from their job or their business and wants to scale to $30k-$100k a month and we invite them ONLY through phone calls so that they are super qualified and a "right fit". Remember what I said? :-) You want right fit clients and not just anyone. This also weeds out the wannabe’s, the fakers and the talkers and attracts the action takers. If this email "talks to you" and you’re like this is OH MY MY! > I need help with finding the right target market. > I need help with identifying my best "right fit clients". > I need help right now with execution and not just information. [Book a complimentary Funnels Discovery Session]( ) with myself and my team to see how we can help you either Startup or Supercharge your online business with Funnels then get in touch today.
