Because I've been traveling the world for the past couple of years. But that’s a story for another day. And then there was 2021. Where we were in this weird limbo. Most of you were, not me cos I was traveling. Between lockdowns, restrictions, and thinking of returning to normal. Everyone was trying to find some sort of rhythm. Living a lie of as if things were going back to normal, wake up - they aren't ever going back to normal. But it felt like the music kept starting and stopping. You couldn’t grab a coffee without overhearing someone mutter… "We’ll just have to wait and see what happens"... "When is this going to be over" "When are we going back to normal" "Hopefully things will calm down soon". Now, the reason I think 2022 is going to be such a pivotal year. Is because we already know it’s gonna be one heck of a ride, inflation is going higher, people's basic spending on food is increasing, the middle class is getting slowly wiped out. But the whole ‘waiting and seeing’ game has gotta end. It’s already been 2 years. If in this time you haven't upped your skills to become a highly paid digital marketer... If you haven't built or hired someone to help you build predictable customer getting campaigns and funnels for your business If in this time you haven't found a support group of mentors to mastermind with and get rich with cash... So that you can invest in long-term wealth creation opportunities... THEN WHAT ARE YOU DOING? You're never going to be this young again. Unlike money. You can’t make more of it. Time is the only asset you and I have. So I suggest you draw a line in the sand. Build up the courage to ask for help. To find the mentors who can help you. And stop waiting for something to change. And stop making excuses that you can't do what you know you need to do. Or Worse... STOP waiting for the government to "fix" things, the pesky politicians who promise you some fake benefits only to leave you feeling lost than ever. STOP it. (make a list of 3-5 people) 2) What would I need to do to hit my goals and execute my plan within the current limitations? 3) What level of action would I need to take and WHEN? 4) What skills would I need to have developed? 5) What character traits would I need to possess? 6) Where do I want to be at the end of this year by December 31st, 2022? 7) What is my "Must Achieve" number to measure this achievement in the next 12 months? 8) Zooming out, Where do I want to be in 3 years from now? 9) What do I want to be known for in 10 years? Then, start with the end in mind. And write a plan. Read it every day. Visualize yourself ALREADY achieving it and letting those emotions be felt as if it was achieved. Give daily gratitude thanks that this is coming to life. Execute aggressively. Don't worry what others think, worry what YOU THINK of yourself.
