Here's what you need to know this morning: - Starting next week, Boston Public Schools will provide students with access to free breakfast and lunch, even though classes are beginning remotely. Parents and guardians can pick up five days worth of meals from 21 different sites on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. - Jury trials will begin to [resume on a limited basis]( next month. Under a new order from the Supreme Judicial Court, individual courts will start the first phase of hearing jury trials on Oct. 23. - Rosh Hashanah begins tonight at sundown, but services, like many other things in 2020, won't be celebrated the same way this year because of the pandemic. For some synagogues that includes in-person caps and potentially pre-recorded rituals, like the blowing of the horn, known as shofar. - Northeastern University says it will now credit the tuition expenses of the students who were dismissed for the semester after violating the school's COVID-19 safety protocols. They received a lot of heat for initially keeping the tuition. - Twenty-five members of "Massachusetts Task Force One," a search and rescue team, are in Oregon this morning to help search for missing people in the wildfires there.
