Joe Biden has always put the people first. He put the people first when he passed critical Covid relief necessary to get our families and communities through a once-in-a-century pandemic. He put the people first when he signed into law the largest middle and working class tax cut in American history. He put the people first when he invested in manufacturing and clean energy, and found a way to offer student debt relief for millions of Americans. I was proud to work with him as he signed my bill reducing the cost of insulin for Georgia seniors into law. And this weekend, when he made the difficult decision to suspend his campaign, Joe Biden once again put the people first. I join millions of Americans in saying thank you for more than half a century of public service! I have been proud to work alongside him and our very able Vice President, Kamala Harris, and I am proud to endorse her candidacy to be the next President of the United States. This is an historic moment for our country, and we don’t have a single moment to waste.
