It seems like most investments they touch turn to gold, they just can’t lose. Now, they may fall behind on an investment here or there - however, they always come ahead at the end of the year. Leaving you wondering what they are doing differently. And more importantly, how you can replicate the result. I can tell you their secret, though calling it a secret might be over-emphasizing. You see, it truly is a formula. Each investor has their own risk tolerance, knowledge on an industry and resources but at the end of the day, it comes down to 3 pieces. Purpose + Due Diligence = Profit (or Productivity) Top Investors specialize in an industry or market. They learn how the market works, meet people in the market that are currently winning. This Investor will then take their network and knowledge to get a good pulse of their market. So when that shiny object comes along, like a promising new stock, that will have a minimum 50% return within the year - they pass. But when a new promising investment comes along, that is within their market - and the pulse of the market aligns with the purpose of the investment, they jump at the bit to get it. Due Diligence. This is the MOST important piece to a successful investor. There are two types of consumers… When Consumer #1 goes to the car dealership they are looking to find what they like, relying on the salesman to tell them about the car that looks good. Consumer #2 will arrive at the dealership with a make and model in mind, they know what the MPG is, when the car hits 110,000 miles the transmission starts to slip and that there has not been a factory recall on that model. They have done their due diligence. In the same way, there are two types of investors. When you empower due diligence in your decision-making on your investments, you are less likely to be surprised by a market shift. Combining Purpose and Due Diligence together makes you a top investor. By creating a Purpose and having a strong Due Diligence - you create purpose-driven Profit. Use the poorly drawn picture of an iceberg below as an example. You only see 1/9th of the Iceberg from the surface. Usually all you see is the massive profit potential at the end of the year. But what you don’t see beneath the end result is what is driving that profit to be larger and more visible. So what does that mean for you? How can you take the principle of the iceberg and apply it today…. Simple. It’s time to start working below the surface, researching your market and building your network. Luckily, we’ve partnered with a great resource that we believe will improve your profit potential. I’m talking about [a crypto trade of the century…]( This week, Millionaire Trader, Matt Monaco is going live to reveal his #1 crypto trade to make right now. If you’ve been watching what’s been happening in the crypto market… And you think you’re too late to the party… You’re dead wrong. I think Benjamin Franklin put it best “Diligence is the mother of good luck.” K2 Financial 3571 Far West Blvd Austin, TX 78731 United States This email was sent to {EMAIL}.
