This keeps us going... 🔥 Hi {NAME} - Before we open up applications, I thought it might be helpful for you to see some of the feedback we're getting from our students in our private Slack community recently. Below are some screenshots from our students that are seeing amazing progress and results by leveraging all of our resources. Once students are in and realize the full power of the community, comments like these are very common. Landing internships and full time roles at elite firms is common for our students because they prepare with amazing mentors and are given a steady stream of feedback + grading to make sure they are ready. Messages like these are what keep our team super motivated to keep making the program better and better and better... Below is just a small subset of some of the major additions we've made in just our last cohort: - Hirevue/Video Interview Simulation to help you get the awkward out BEFORE the real hirevues (with grading) :-) - We added an equity research component to our popular research internship that allows students to add an even more powerful bullet for their CVs - We added a short Excel + Modeling Assessment to help our students see where they stack up on the relevant skills they need to succeed in these roles (many more optional assessments to be released soon!) - Adding a Psychometric and Logical Reasoning practice assessment that closely maps what many firms are using now in the US (not just UK/Europe/Asia anymore!) - Launched our Employer Partnership Program with Resume Book to help our students land opportunities around the world - Mock interview report cards so you don't just get 1:1 feedback directly from a head mentor, but you also get a composite score + details across 10 different sub-categories so you know exactly where to spend your prep time + how you are improving with each mock - Plus a ton in the works (as always!) Stay tuned, applications should open up very soon, Patrick P.S. - we've had some applicants asking if WSO Academy is only for investment banking. The answer is no. Although over 50% of our students are targeting IB, we do have many strong candidates also going after private equity, hedge funds, equity research, asset management, management consulting and more. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
