It’s a bar–cum–performance space–cum–queer community space, and it’s the rare indispensable celebrity side-hustle drinking establishment in a city full of dispensable ones. Club Cumming hosts popular drag shows and showcases young queer comics, and, on lucky nights, Cumming himself performs, but during the weekday, it’s dark and quiet, the bentwood chairs all empty around him.
