Hi {NAME}, Coby Eiss here, Will’s Campaign Manager. It’s hard to believe but we’re no

Hi {NAME}, Coby Eiss here, Will’s Campaign Manager. It’s hard to believe but we’re now exactly twelve weeks until Election Day. With all of the news over the past month and a half, a lot of our grassroots supporters have been asking where things stand in our race to flip CA-41. So, let me give you some updates that have me more optimistic than ever about our chances on November 5th. It’s an exciting time for Democratic campaigns across the country [(and I hope it’s exciting enough to convince you to chip in $3!)]( Our campaign’s base is more enthusiastic than ever before and our momentum is building. As of this past week, more than 50,000 unique individuals have now donated to Will Rollins for Congress. And since late July, we’ve had a 70% increase in volunteer signups. You may be feeling the momentum too, seeing some brand new Will Rollins street signs around the district. Ken Calvert is once again under scrutiny for his corruption. Recent reporting in the LA Times revealed that Calvert is back to his old tricks – gaming the earmarks system to increase the value of his real estate portfolio in and around the district. Pro-reform group End Citizens United filed a formal ethics complaint against Calvert, garnering coverage in KESQ, NBC Palm Springs, Press-Enterprise, and a second story in the LA Times. We’re calling for debates – and Calvert is running scared. Our campaign released a new video compiling Calvert’s repeated dodging of questions asking if he’d finally agree to a debate in 2024. We’ve officially called for three general election debates and have already accepted one request from KTLA. Still, no word from Calvert (I guess he knows how it would turn out if he actually got on stage….). Our field organizing operation continues to grow. Our campaign now has six full-time field staffers organizing volunteers and conducting phone banks and canvasses every single day, plus a big cohort of summer fellows and interns on both ends of the district. As a campaign, we’ve now had over 1,200 volunteer shifts completed and more than 13,000 doors knocked. Every weekend we’re getting first-time door knockers adding to our ranks. But {NAME}, we still have an upward battle ahead of us. Ken Calvert and national Republicans are slated to spend millions to defend this seat, which is why I’m politely asking for you to make your first $3 donation today to help us fight back. [Every dollar you donate gives us the tools we need to build on this momentum to expand our outreach efforts, connect with voters, and ultimately, send Calvert packing.]( If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately: [Chip in $10 Now]( [Chip in $35 Now]( [Chip in $50 Now]( [Chip in $100 Now]( [Chip in $250 Now]( [Another amount]( Thank you, Coby Eiss Campaign Manager [FB]( [IG]( [Twitter]( [Merch]( Democrat Will Rollins is a former national security and counter-terrorism prosecutor running for Congress in California's 41st Congressional District.
