{NAME},  I just read an infuriating report that makes the consequences of extreme Republican policies in Arkansas and across the nation very clear.  Arkansas has one of the worst maternal mortality rates in the nation. A staggering 92% of recent maternal deaths were found to be preventable.  Arkansas proudly calls itself "the most pro-life state in the country," but the reality behind this claim is anything but “pro-life.” It’s a lie. [A screenshot of a Washington Post Article titled: “This state calls itself the ‘most pro-life.’ But moms there keep dying.” Accompanied by a photo of a mother holding her baby.]( Instead of addressing this crisis, our Republican state leaders continue to deny women and families the care they desperately need.  There’s more.  Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders has ensured that Arkansas is now one of only two states that refuses to extend Medicaid postpartum coverage to a full year, sticking instead to an insufficient 60-day limit.  This decision ignores evidence that longer coverage saves lives, and it leaves new mothers without critical support when they need it most.  Hospitals have been forced to close their birthing units, leaving mothers without care.  Facilities are having difficulty attracting doctors due to draconian policies brought by extremists for political points.  Pregnant women are being forced to travel far distances for emergency care. This dangerous delay is quite literally a matter of life and death for mothers and babies in rural areas.  We're failing our most vulnerable, with some of the highest rates of infant mortality and food insecurity in the country. These are clear indicators of broader systemic failures in maternal and child health.  Again, this is not what being "pro-life" looks like. It's time to hold MAGA accountable for their hypocrisy and the dangerous consequences of their policies.  We have the power to change this and save the lives of moms and babies! By flipping Arkansas's four House seats from RED to BLUE, we can elect leaders who will truly protect and value life—leaders who will invest in the health and future of every Arkansan. The stakes couldn't be higher, and we need your help to make this change a reality.  [Can you urgently donate $25, $50, $75, $100, or whatever is in your budget to Vortex PAC today? We're spearheading the effort to turn all four of Arkansas' House seats - currently occupied by MAGA extremists - BLUE in November. If we band together, we can potentially help SAVE LIVES!]( [DONATE NOW >>]( I truly believe we can transform Arkansas into a state that genuinely values life.  Thank you for standing with us in this vital fight.  Thank you,  Robb Ryerse [Support Vortex PAC >>](      Vortex PAC is a new grassroots movement to transform Arkansas politics away from the far-right.
