Stop the scowl. {NAME},  This November, Arkansas faces a choice between two very different paths for our future. Let’s take one race as an example - District 3.  One path is represented by Congressman Steve Womack, dubbed "The Scowling One" by local media. His perpetual frown symbolizes the current Republican mood - all anger and resentment, with little room for hope or progress. [An graphic showing a collage of Congressman Steve Womack pictures where he is in various stages of scowling. In the center top is text that says, “The Scowling One.”]( Womack represents a vision of Arkansas stuck in the past, where every challenge is met with cynicism and every disagreement turns into bitter division.  The other path is offered by Caitlin Draper and it represents JOY. Everyone who has met Caitlin can attest to her warmth, positivity, and sincere desire to make a difference in the lives of Arkansas families. [A graphic showing a collage of AR-03 candidate Caitlin Draper looking joyful with supporters. In the center is text saying, “The Joyful One” and “Vote Caitlin Draper, AR-03.”]( Caitlin brings a positive, forward-thinking approach to addressing our challenges. Instead of focusing on fear and blame, she encourages hope and unity.  This local choice mirrors the national contest between Kamala Harris' message of progress and Donald Trump's campaign of grievance, distress, and doom.  Politicians like Trump and Womack thrive on division. Their approach pits neighbor against neighbor, viewing every issue as a zero-sum game where someone must lose for others to win. It's a mindset that leaves both our nation and our state trapped in cycles of anger.  The choice before us is clear:  Arkansas is ready for a future of hope and progress, not one stuck in anger and the past. We deserve leaders who inspire our best selves and bring us together.  Caitlin Draper offers that path forward - one where we solve problems with optimism and unity, not cynicism and division.  As one of Vortex PAC's carefully selected candidates, she's ready to lead Arkansas toward a brighter future, where every citizen has the opportunity to thrive.  But Caitlin and Vortex PAC need your help to turn this vision into reality. We're building a statewide coalition of volunteers to break Arkansas free from the grip of far-right politics. Your support will help us host community events, spread Caitlin's positive message through ads and mailers, and build a grassroots movement for change across the 3rd District.  [Can you donate $50, $75, $100, $250 or whatever you can afford today to help Vortex PAC and Caitlin bring a spirit of optimism and collaboration to every corner of Arkansas' 3rd?]( If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately: [  Express Donate: $25  Â]( [  Express Donate: $50  Â]( [   Express Donate: $75  Â]( [  Express Donate: $100 Â]( [  Express Donate: $250 Â]( [  Donate Other Amount  Â]( Your contribution will fuel our efforts to flip this seat and be part of the broader movement to transform Arkansas politics. Together, we're not just winning an election - we're building lasting infrastructure to earn key votes in every corner of our state.  Let's build an Arkansas we can all be proud of - one that leads our nation in choosing joy over anger.  Let’s go!  Robb Ryerse [Support Vortex PAC >>](      Vortex PAC is a new grassroots movement to transform Arkansas politics away from the far-right. We are recruiting, training, and supporting Democratic candidates to flip all four of Arkansas’ U.S. congressional districts and help win back the House majority in 2024.
