I want you to start saying this to yourself: No more bad days! Â How is that possible? Â I can hea

I want you to start saying this to yourself: No more bad days!  How is that possible?  I can hear your thoughts firing in directions you don't really want...  What if something goes wrong? What if someone gets hurt or dies? What if you hate your job? What if the politics are insane?  What if... what if... what if?!  You probably have heard this famous quote before, from author Charles R. Swindoll: "Life is 10% of what happens to you, and 90% how you deal with it."  While we may not be able to control what happens to us, we can control how we respond to it.  I'm sure you know or have seen lots of people who live in misery - complaining, unhappy, no energy, no motivation.  Can you imagine living in that state, let alone how that affects the people around you?  Just like happiness is a decision, so is maximizing your day.   Without a plan, life will happen to you.   It will run you, making you feel out of control which has debilitating effects on your self-respect, time-management and feelings of accomplishment.  Of course, you're going to have surprises and events you didn't expect, but the goal is to make that the minor percentage, not the major.   I want to give you some simple ways to take control of your day... and be able to repeat this every day.   [Here's how...](  XO, Linda   Copyright © 2024 Viva Verve [Unsubscribe]( from this email
