The tech billionaire, and Twitter’s largest shareholder, abruptly declined his invitation to join the day he was set to be inducted. Musk is now free to grow his current 9.2% Twitter stake beyond the 14.9% limit he would have been confined to had he joined the board. Elsewhere, Bess Levin [says]( former first daughter Ivanka Trump reportedly spent nearly eight hours voluntarily testifying before the January 6 committee last week.
