Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who participate in the Velocity Member Feedback Program, except the directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and agencies associated with this promotion (Entrants).  To enter the Promotion, Entrants must, during the Promotion Period: a) be invited to participate in the Velocity Member Feedback Program (Entry Email), b) click on the link contained in the email and follow the prompts to the survey; c) complete the survey in full; d) provide their details at the end of the survey if requested; and e) submit the fully completed survey online within seven days of receipt of the Entry Email (an Entry). A draw will be held for each Individual Draw Period listed below (each draw being an Individual Draw) during the Promotion Period.
