And it’s probably not what you’d expect. Hey, {NAME}! Have you ever wondered how much I made last year in TOTAL from YouTube with over 400,000 subscribers? In this week’s [video]( I get very transparent with you on how much I made in 2020... AND how YOU can also earn money online THIS year in 2021. Specifically: ✅ How much I earned IN TOTAL from YouTube in 2020 (it’s probably not what you’d expect) ✅ How much I make MONTHLY from YouTube ✅ How much I made from my main business in 2020 (spoiler alert 👇👇👇) On top of that, I’m also covering several things that are going to help you MONETIZE YOUR OWN content, including: 🚀 What factors contribute to how much YouTubers get paid? 🚀 How to get paid more on YouTube? 🚀 Ways you can make money as a content creator …and so much more! Soooo if you want to learn how to earn more as a creator, [click here](. On the topic of YouTube, I wanted to take this opportunity to drop some knowledge on content creation. Specifically, how to attract people to your channel and nurture them into loyal subscribers. GET READY. This is going to be a long one, PACKED with value! So, keep reading! 👇 There are TWO types of content I produce on Youtube to help me grow and make money, all without losing my sanity: 1.Top 40 Content These are videos that get you traffic and a higher click-through rate. On top of that, these content pieces are most suited for reaching newer audiences and getting NEW subscribers to your page. Think catchy titles, fast results, slightly gimmicky.[Here’s an example]( (it's still one of my most popular videos!) I call this top 40 content because similar to Top 40 music, it’s the type of content that most people will like and has more chances of "charting", similar to the catchy autotune bops we hear on the radio. Whenever I make a video like this, I almost always know it will perform. In my niche, it’s usually anything about getting vanity metrics on social media. But even if these pieces of content perform really well and can help you grow an audience, as a content creator, it may also feel draining to make, especially if you’ve been at it for a while. You may feel disconnected, resentful, bored, and repetitive when you constantly produce content you’re not really aligned with. (Because let’s be real…. There’s only so many videos you can do teaching people how to grow 10k followers in 10 days fast, or make 10k months with 1 major hack, or lose 10 pounds with no work.) While it CAN and WILL make you feel out of purpose to create these types of content if your goal is to grow, producing content like this is necessary. It’s just up to you to decide if you want to do it or not. 2. Nurturing Content Now it’s time to think about your most loyal subscribers. Your Top 40 Content may have hooked them at first (which is what led them to find you in the first place…. But if you constantly produce the same gimmicky videos, your existing subscribers may start to disengage because they now crave MORE from you.) THIS IS WHERE NURTURING CONTENT COMES IN. This content may or may not rake in the views but can build more trust with your audience, which can help produce SALES or simply just loyalty in the long run. This is also the type of content that you may genuinely be excited to create because to you, it’s fresh content that doesn’t necessarily fit a cookie-cutter mold that Top 40 content typically requires. [Here’s an example]( of a Nurturing Video from my channel By the way: Top 40 content vs. Nurturing content is very subjective and is different for everyone. In my case, Nurturing content is usually anything about actual business strategy and entrepreneurship, whereas Top 40 is anything related to social media hacks. For you, this can look different. So why should you care? - Know that being a content creator sometimes doesn’t mean each video you produce will make you feel like you’re living in your passion. Especially if creating content is a part of your J-O-B and is your means to getting food on the table and lights on at home. - If growth is your objective, creating Top 40 content can be necessary, so it’s essential to understand this is part of your job. This is how you get seen by new people looking for hacks, tricks, and easy fixes on Youtube (which is typically why some people use Youtube in the first place.) - This doesn’t mean you need to sell your soul to the devil. This post is your permission slip to also post content that fuels your cup and gets you excited. Similar to song tracks on an album, not every song will be a hit. Still, those who AREN’T hits may also garner a cult following from loyal fans (think: Taylor Swift’s Evermore album vs. Her 1989 album.) Typically, these are content pieces that can help you actually turn a subscriber into a sale. Bottom line: Top 40 content gets people through the door. Nurturing content makes sure they never leave. ~~ TO RECAP THIS WEEK’S NEWSLETTER~~ : 🚀 NEW VIDEO 👉 [How much Youtube paid me in 2020 with 400,000 subscribers]( 🚀 Figure out the two types of content (Top 40 vs Nurturing) that you can create is KEY to helping you grow, make money and create a loyal audience, without losing your sanity.
