[View this in your browser]( [Editors note](?utm_source=2019-12-17-editors-note&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=stock-insight) OCTOBER 20, 2022 Dear Value Research Member, Mutual Fund Insight, our monthly print-and-digital magazine for mutual fund investors, is celebrating its 20th anniversary. In September 2002, when our (then tiny) team was preparing the inaugural issue, success appeared to be a very long shot. Mutual fund investing was such a fringe activity at that time that it seemed unlikely that a magazine devoted to it would have any future. However, it’s 2022 and here we are, stronger than ever, with a reader base that is larger than ever. The credit for our survival and success goes entirely to you. The continuously increasing support that we have received from all of you is the key to our success. All we had to do was to stick to our part of the bargain — being independent, objective, unbiased, and always caring only for our readers’ interests. Everything else was done by you. So Thank You all, from everyone in the Mutual Fund Insight team! Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
