As the war rages on with no end in sight, more than 100,000 U.S. troops remain in Europe to protect our country and allies. It’s up to us to support them, and that’s why, with just hours left to go until our midnight goal deadline, we had to make sure you saw Christopher’s message. We’re currently falling short of our $30,000 goal to help us continue supporting troops in Eastern Europe and around the world, and we’re counting on top supporters like YOU to step up right now. [So please, will you rush $29 or more right now to help ensure troops have everything they need and deserve?*]( Every gift we receive will help us provide resources and critical support to our brave troops risking their lives to protect us and our allies. Thank you in advance for your generosity. —The USO --------------------------------------------------------------- From: Christopher Plamp | USO Sent: Thur sday, Feb ruary 22, 20 24 Subject: How service members in Eastern Europe are supported by the USO: [DONATE NOW](Xw3SV/OXNoallRVkhYaVhhL0ZLYUFGSjNaRkNCNEdpckR3TTIySVlkWmlSUWRiWGVDakJaYk4wTldYbldsYTExWjZIcEZlRXUvZjFrRmlnbVRDUDJldW1lMXptZnZPc1NraWROTjJBRmNta09hRVk9S0/eE8vSFdDcjNxbjVUZ1NNekR2UU1vV3hpM0xrWXc4bi9GSE45RG4wRkQveVFEZnZJRGpvUmh6aTJKQzNUTnF3QkZ5eHhqSUFqNHJWbmhNZFpSNDdBbTYrUHFXS1R1a2pZS0) [Service members in action]( ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★★ ★ ★ ★ ★★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ [Troops in Eastern Europe and around the world need your support]( [GOAL: $30,000 DEADLINE: MIDNIGHT SATURDAY]( [DONATE NOW](CyPw04Hx/OXNoallRVkhYaVhhL0ZLYUFGSjNaRkNCNEdpckR3TTIySVlkWmlSUWRiWGVDakJaYk4wTldYbldsYTExWjZIcEZlRXUvZjFrRmlnbVRDUDJldW1lMXptZnZPc1NraWROTjJBRmNta09hRVk9S0/eE8vSFdDcjNxbjVUZ1NNekR2UU1vV3hpM0xrWXc4bi9GSE45RG4wRkQveVFEZnZJRGpvUmh6aTJKQzNUTnF3QkZ5eHhqSUFqNHJWbmhNZFpSNDdBbTYrUHFXS1R1a2pZS0) Christopher, As we mark two years since Russia invaded Ukraine, 100,000 American service members remain in strategic locations in Europe to support our NATO allies. Despite the ongoing challenges presented by this conflict, the USO is committed to supporting our brave military heroes no matter what — but we rely on your generosity to provide critical programs and resources. On this second anniversary, we have set a goal to raise $30,000 via email and text messages to continue providing critical support to our military around the world as they brave harsh conditions and dangerous situations, all to protect us and our allies. [Please, will you donate $29 or more before midnight Saturday to help show our heroes they’re not alone?]( [YES, I'LL MAKE A DONATION IN HONOR OF OUR TROOPS]( Our service members are at bases with limited resources and infrastructure, sleeping in tents with few places to turn to when they need to relax and recharge. Many were deployed without access to their cell phones or the internet — making it especially hard to contact loved ones back home. Every day for the past two years, USO staff and volunteers have worked around the clock to keep our military strong, revitalized and connected to loved ones — from Wi-Fi and call centers that are often the only place troops can talk to their families to USO Care Packages with essential hygiene products and snacks. But none of this is possible without military supporters like you. Which is why I come to you with this personal request: As our service members courageously put themselves in harm’s way, it’s our duty to make sure they have the critical resources and support they need. [Please, will you rush $29 or more toward our goal to raise $30,000 before midnight Saturday?]( [GIVE $29]( [GIVE $58]( [GIVE $116]( [GIVE ANOTHER AMOUNT]( Thanks for being there for our troops — especially during times of crisis. As a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, I can tell you that your support helps show members of our military that the American people value and appreciate their immense sacrifices.
