Gaza’s population is in desperate need of fuel, water, and basic medical supplies. Today, I want to share with you the impact you’ve made in Gaza: - UNFPA is stockpiling essential medicines, medical supplies, and reproductive health kits for delivery - 3,000 Dignity Kits for women and girls have been stock-piled for distribution - UNFPA provided over 500 vulnerable women in Gaza with direct aid to support their urgent, basic needs - UNFPA helped distribute hygiene supplies and clothing to 62 UNRWA shelters - 77 Safe Delivery Bags have been distributed, to ensure that ambulances have necessary supplies and equipment to perform safe deliveries As humanitarian aid continues to trickle into Gaza and meet the massive scale of needs experienced by its displaced population, we remain committed to delivering lifesaving care where it’s needed most.
