2 [Conductor was stunned when his orchestra refused to respond to him. They then broke into song]( Birthdays are extremely special days when our loved ones shower us with blessings and love. The luckiest of us often encounter special surprises and this orchestra conductor got one of the best surprises he could have asked for. In a video posted on Reddit by quaver.ch on [TikTok]( the conductor of the All City High School Band can be seen instructing the band to play music. However, in between the set, the band doesn't follow his direction and instead plays "Happy Birthday" to him. The band conductor was extremely surprised as the whole hall erupted to wish him well. He has a big smile on his face as the choir sings for him and he waits for them to finish. This beautiful video has gathered over 7.7 million views and over a million likes. A new report from the [American Cancer Society]( that the cancer death rate has fallen 33% since 1991. An estimated 3.8 million deaths have been averted due to the decline. The study was based on the most recent data available from 2020. 5 [Watch a rescued beaver meticulously build an indoor 'dam' out of random household items]( The fact that [beavers build dams]( is one of nature's coolest features. Gathering and stacking tree branches, rocks, grass and mud across a river so they can build their homes underwater is a unique instinct among the animalsâand a strong one. Apparently, it's so strong that [beavers]( will build dams anywhere, including inside a human's house using whatever items they can find. A [video shared by Dr. Holley Muraco]( director of research at the Mississippi Aquarium, shows a female beaver named Sawyer busily gathering stuffed animals, blankets, Christmas decorations, wrapping paper and more to build a dam in a hallway, and it's seriously the most delightful thing ever.
