Operational Alert Dear Valued Customer, We would like to give you a quick update from the technology

[United Cargo] Operational Alert Dear Valued Customer, We would like to give you a quick update from the technology outage earlier today. Significant progress has been made in restoring our network. Because of this, we are making adjustments to our previous restrictions. Effective immediately, the following shipments are restricted on our domestic narrowbody network: - All LifeGuard products - All Human Remain products - QuickPak shipments containing radioactive material or human tissue We have lifted all restrictions on TempControl and Perishable shipments. This means that all shipments on widebody aircraft and products not restricted for narrowbody aircraft will continue to be accepted. Even though we are reducing the number of restrictions in place, there is still the possibility of flight disruptions and extended wait times at freight facilities until the airline fully recovers. Please feel free to reach out to our Cargo Customer Service Center at 1-800-UA-CARGO (1-800-822-2746) or via email at cargo@united.com or to your United Cargo Sales professional for more information. Thank you for your patience as we return to normal business operations as quickly as possible.
