UPDATE: Cargo restrictions caused by software outage

[United Cargo] Operational Alert Dear Valued Customer, As shared previously, a vendor technology issue impacted United Airlines along with many other businesses. Our flight schedule has been disrupted by delays and cancellations throughout the network. While we have made some progress in restoring service, the on-going challenges persist and have prompted restrictions on the shipment of select products. Effective immediately and for the rest of the day, the following outbound and transfer shipments are restricted: - All LifeGuard products - All Human Remain products - QuickPak shipments containing radioactive material or human tissue - Perishables with the exception of shipments originating from ORD, EWR or IAD - TempControl with the exception of shipments originating from ORD, EWR or IAD Please note, while we are accepting freight that is not specifically mentioned in the above restrictions, we are still experiencing flight disruptions and extended wait times at our warehouses. We will continue to move cargo on available flights and work through the backlog created by cancelled flights. We will reassess the situation later today and keep you informed of our progress.
