During this live panel discussion, industry experts Louis Castle (Deviation Games), Dana Ware (The VOID), Alissa McAloon (Game Developer) will discuss report results and share their insights and experiences. They will explore how the trends and takeaways will shape the future of the game industry as we know it. Dana Ware is an international award-winning, Chicana director with 17+ years of experience in the entertainment industry, and 8+ years of VR/AR experience. She has an undergraduate degree from UCLA and subsequently completed a Master's Degree in Entertainment Arts and Engineering - Game Development as well as a Master's in Fine Arts degree in Film and New Media, both from the University of Utah. In 2019, Dana became a Creative Director at The VOID where she helped to explore the future of VR storytelling and directing.  Louis Castle is a 40+ year video game industry veteran with two lifetime achievement awards for leadership in business, creative, technical, and financial roles. Louis served as Vice President of Creative Development and General manager of EA’s Blueprint Studio, CEO of IAC’s InstantAction, Vice President of Zynga Studios and has contracted Funny or Die, Kabam, and Gazillion. Louis joined Amazon as head of Amazon’s Seattle games studio in 2017 and served as Green Park Sports Chief Product Officer. Louis is now the VP of product development for Deviation Games.  Alissa McAloon is the publisher and editorial director for Game Developer, a leading site providing game industry news, insight, and knowledge for the worldwide game development community. Alissa started with the site in 2016 as a news freelancer after several years in the world of consumer-facing game media, and has since served as Game Developer's news editor, associate publisher, and editor-in-chief before stepping into her current role.
