We could not do this work without you.]( [facebook]( [instagram]( [TikTok](tiktok.com/@twloha) [It is our privilege to suggest that hope is real and help is real. We could not do this work without you.]( [Today is World Suicide Prevention Day.]( [Please Stay Alive.]( Today, September 10th, is officially recognized as World Suicide Prevention Day. It’s a day for the survivors—for those still grieving, and those still fighting. It’s a day for those who know the weight of mental health struggles, and the lies our brain can tell us about our presence here. It’s a day for you, for us, to come together as a community and remind each other that there are people who care, and there are better days worth fighting for. When we lose someone to suicide, all we want is for them to know how loved they truly were. When we’re in the darkest places ourselves, all we want is to find hope that life is worth living for and that it won't always feel this way. When we’re on the other side of an attempt or crisis, all we want is for someone to affirm that we are not broken and shameful. No matter where you are today, please know that you are not a burden. You are not unloveable, you are not unworthy. This is not the end of the story.   There are so many ways to get involved today. [Giving Icon]( Directly invest in treatment & recovery. Thanks to Newport Health, The Dybul Family, and other anonymous donors, a matching grant is currently in play—doubling the impact of your donation dollars! Our Suicide Prevention Campaign directly goes toward funding our Treatment & Recovery Scholarship. If you’ve ever utilized mental health resources, you know how life-changing this can be. Help someone get the support they deserve.
