Happy Holidays, {NAME} - What a year it’s been, and I’m so grateful you were a part of mine! 2022 included a bit of everything for me: peace and anxiety, clarity and confusion, health and sickness, abundance and fear, and just about every other dichotomy familiar to us here in these sacred jungles of time and space. Happily, I’ve had more of the former than the latter in each category, and noticing this makes a world of difference. Energy flows wherever attention goes, and so, what we notice, multiplies. Not just within our memories, but in laying the foundation for tomorrow. In fact, upon close examination, we can even notice that within anxiety, confusion, sickness, and fear, we still possess ample amounts of peace, clarity, health, and abundance. Yes?
